Fitly Spoken Words of Faith with Love are Powerful
"A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!" Proverbs 15:23
"A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver." Proverbs 25:11
We become aware of the scriptural truth of our abundant life, future and power of being a channel of God's riches is in our mouth. There is a sense of a divine, supernatural power in our innermost being beyond anything we have ever experienced. God's Word says our words are powerful and significant. They are to be like gold, valuable and attractive in a way that is perfectly fitted to the circumstance. Practice speaking words of faith with love; it is the only thing that works (Galatians 5:6).
Love is God in action; faith works by His love. The Scripture teaches the meaning of love, how to apply it and who to love. As we intentionally express love, it comes back multiplied. Love is generated through our thoughts, words, actions and feelings.
The love of God, revealed through us and released by the Holy Spirit, is unconditional. It removes expectations and limitations on people and allows the Holy Spirit to fulfill our expectation for everyone's best. We love people unconditionally when we see individuals as interesting and valuable. Walking in God's love is an intentional and ongoing process. The expression of faith that works by unconditional love makes us a channel for God's riches to flow to others.
Faith is a living, creative, active and powerful spiritual force; it is a gift from God. Faith is the ability to call things that are not as if they already are; the ability to speak opposite of circumstances and the ability to predict our future according to God's Word. Faith is a deep inner conviction, knowing that God is always with us and that He performs the faith words we speak. God's Word spoken in faith is produced by the Holy Spirit. Where there is faith there are miracles, visions, dreams, healings and all of the gifts of God.
Ephesians 1:3 is a scriptural motivation for us to use the power of words to release the provision of every promise. "Blessed be the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all the spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." Everything Jesus did on earth by His life, death and resurrection was done for us and is recorded in heaven on our behalf.
We release our provisions, our gifts, by words spoken with faith and by the unconditional love we show to others. It is the spiritual experience of our invisible supply as recognized, affirmed and acted upon by the nature of Jesus within us.
The provisions of Jesus Christ were spoken by Isaiah many years before Jesus came to earth. Jesus removed the fever from Peter's mother-in-law when He touched her hand, cast our devils with His Word and healed all that were sick. "...That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses" (Matthew 8:14-17). Isaiah's prophecy is for us today as it points to our true light, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Affirm and Act upon Your Gifted Provision - Luke 10:19
1. Serpents are obstacles in our lives. To tread on serpents, speak to the situation with faith statements in personal present-tense way based on God's Word. Obstacles turn to provision by declaring, "By Jesus Christ's name and the power of the Holy Spirit, nothing can block my good. I can't wait to see what good is coming to me through this situation" (Romans 8:28).
2. A scorpion is one who bites with poison. The defeated original sin will always attempt to bite us or have us bite another person with poison but we have the power over the poison that comes from the original sin.
3. The enemy is the devil, who attempts to rob, kill and destroy. Jesus Christ broke the power of sin by His death on the cross; it no longer exists. We have the power over any evil that the devil attempts.
4. Nothing shall hurt us because we have placed our faith in God's love. We, in a no-offense, no regret life, are willing to move forward under the direction of God.
Heavenly Father, by Jesus Christ's name, I release the Holy Spirit to grant me words that are fitly spoken and produce amazing results. Thank you. Amen.
